Full Moon Sound Bath & Cacao Offering

We are so excited to bring you our next Community Sound Bath event! On February 24th we will be honoring the Full Moon in Virgo by offering a deeply healing Sound Bath and Cacao ceremony.

Sound therapy supports and balances our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, leaving us feeling calm and refreshed. Deep relaxation is the most significant benefit of sound healing, followed by its energetic "neutralizing" effect caused by the sound vibrations that open, clear, and balance the chakras, while also releasing any stagnant or stuck energy.

In addition, at this unique event, we will be incorporating a Cacao offering. Cacao is the seed from which cocoa and chocolate are made and translates to "food of the Gods" in Greek. A cacao ceremony is a spiritual offering that involves consuming warm, ceremonial-grade cacao in a group setting to facilitate connection, healing, and self-exploration. Cacao opens the heart chakra and brings about a sense of inner peace and a deep connection to the present moment.

Our evening will begin with the cacao offering, lite breathwork and a meditation to settle and ground our energies into the space. Following the meditation, all will be invited to relax, unravel, surrender and release into a deeply healing sound journey.
