What Retreaters Have to say:
“One of the most heartwarming, life changing experiences. I could have not asked for more of this retreat and opportunity. I took the leap looking for personal growth and came home with not only that growth, yet, with a community of sisters. I felt safe, guided, and cared for. Breathtaking location. Jessica was committed and present during each activity and ensured all present needs were met. I completely recommend for yoga, breathwork, retreats, and good taste. Thank you for the experience and memories created.”
Yolanda Alvarado
“Meeting Infinity's Sayulita retreat was my first Yoga Retreat and I couldn't have dreamed of a better one! Jessica was so lovely with each practice she thought. Her yoga classes were perfect for the seasoned yogi or beginner. I was able to release so much during her breathwork sessions allowing me more space to bring in all that I truly desire. The food was delicious and nutritious and the group of people who were brought together to share this wonderful experience are now friends for life. I'm so grateful to have gone on an adventure like this to guide and support me as I continue with my healing journey.”
Aida Lembo
“I returned from the Meeting Infinity yoga retreat in Sayulita, Mexico feeling rejuvenated. We started each day with a yoga flow & breathwork, ate delicious fresh meals, and the activities and excursions were amazing. I'd highly recommend all of Jess's offerings!”
Nicolle Di
“Where do I begin? I met Jess while she was teaching yoga. After everyone of her yoga classes, my soul always felt rejuvenated. When Jess announced her retreat, I knew I had to go. I had my concerns about how I was going to afford it, how I was going to take time off of my crazy work schedule, and how I was going to survive off of vegan food. Looking back now, it was one of the best things that happened to me in 2022.
Being able to meditate, practice yoga and breathwork everyday really allowed me to connect deeper with myself. I was surrounded with likeminded people who were also looking to grow, heal and connect. Jess cultivated a safe and nurturing space.
As far as the food, Jess and LJ did their research!! Every meal was delicious. Each night we had a different themes and chefs, so we never got bored of the food. Cauliflower ceviche was my fav *chefs kiss*
If you are on the fence about one of Jess’ retreats, I encourage you to take a leap of faith and invest in your healing. Let your soul shine!!.”

About the location
Mandala Ojochal is a brand new boutique eco-luxury retreat center in Costa Rica's Southern Pacific Zone. Built from the ground up to support transformational work, every structure, space, and system on this 14-acre jungle property exists in service of that purpose.
The property is a living, breathing ecosystem. Two-thirds of the 14 acres are maintained as an active wildlife corridor, meaning the jungle here is genuinely alive: howler monkeys, scarlet macaws, toucans, and hundreds of bird and butterfly species move freely through the canopy above and around you. This is not a manicured resort backdrop. It is a real encounter with the wild.
Nourishment is central to the Mandala experience. The kitchen is rooted in a farm-to-table philosophy, drawing from the property's own food gardens and local organic farms as much as possible, with every meal prepared fresh on-site. Menus are fully customizable to honor the needs of your group, with robust vegetarian and vegan options, fresh smoothies, juices, and herbal infusions as standard.
The resort features multiple open-air bamboo yoga shalas, an air-conditioned indoor studio, an organic farm-to-table kitchen, private villa and bungalow accommodations, saltwater infinity pools, and a devoted on-site team dedicated to making your experience seamless from arrival to farewell.

Our retreat is held at Mandala Ojochal, a boutique eco-luxury resort in Ojochal, Costa Rica, in the Southern Pacific Zone, approximately 4 hours from San José (SJO) or 1 hour from Quepos (XQP). This is one of the most lush and unspoiled regions in all of Costa Rica, far from the developed tourist corridors further north. Detailed arrival information will be shared after you register.

Absolutely. The Ojochal region is safe, welcoming, and genuinely special for first-time visitors. Mandala Ojochal's team handles all on-the-ground logistics, and the unhurried pace of this part of Costa Rica is ideal for anyone arriving in need of a real reset. You'll be well taken care of from the moment you land.

Menus can be customized to fit the group’s needs. Please share any dietary restrictions or allergies at registration and we will ensure you are nourished throughout the retreat.
-
Absolutely. In fact, most of our guests come to the retreat on their own. Retreats have a beautiful way of bringing together people who may arrive as strangers but quickly realize they have more in common than they ever expected. Through shared experiences, meals, adventures, laughter, and meaningful conversations, genuine connections naturally begin to form.
While you're always welcome to take time and space for yourself, you'll also be held within a supportive and welcoming community throughout the week. Many past guests have arrived feeling nervous about coming alone and left feeling deeply connected, supported, and like they had found a little piece of family along the way.
You may come alone, but you won't feel alone.
-
All levels are welcome and experiences can be adapted to your comfort and ability.

Travel insurance is not required to attend the retreat, but we strongly encourage you to consider it. While we all hope everything goes exactly as planned, unexpected things can happen before or during a trip, including illness, flight delays or cancellations, lost luggage, or unexpected emergencies.
If you are concerned about protecting your financial investment in the retreat or would like additional peace of mind while traveling internationally, purchasing travel insurance may be a good idea.
When choosing a policy, we recommend looking for coverage that includes trip cancellation or interruption, travel delays, emergency medical expenses, and medical evacuation. Be sure to review the details of any policy carefully to make sure it covers your individual needs, your full trip, and any activities you plan to participate in.
While we do not require or endorse a specific insurance provider, World Nomads and Travel Guard are two companies that offer travel insurance plans for travelers visiting Costa Rica. You can compare plans and coverage to determine what feels right for you and your trip.
