Community Sound Bath & Reiki Healing

Join us on August 24th as we celebrate both the YIN and the YANG energies necessary for our healing!

Welcoming YIN Energy with a Calming Sound Bath:

Our evening will begin with guided seated movement, meditation, and light breathwork to cultivate relaxation and stillness. Once we have centered as a group, you will be lovingly guided through a uniquely curated, 1 hour healing sound journey.

Embracing YANG Energy with Movement and Rhythm:

Following our sound bath, we have carved out time for community connection and somatic movement. This will be a time to connect with other guests, share your experience and be invited to consciously move, dance, release, and let go!
