Spend 5 days in paradise with a group of like minded individuals, connecting with nature and yourself. You will experience a variety of wellness modalities all while having FUN!! You’ll also learn tools to help you implement what you’ve learned on retreat back to your daily life. We call this integration.

“Where do I begin? I met Jess while she was teaching yoga. After everyone of her yoga classes, my soul always felt rejuvenated. When Jess announced her retreat, I knew I had to go. I had my concerns about how I was going to afford it, how I was going to take time off of my crazy work schedule, and how I was going to survive off of vegan food. Looking back now, it was one of the best things that happened to me in 2022.
Being able to meditate, practice yoga and breathwork everyday really allowed me to connect deeper with myself. I was surrounded with likeminded people who were also looking to grow, heal and connect. Jess cultivated a safe and nurturing space.
As far as the food, Jess and LJ did their research!! Every meal was delicious. Each night we had a different themes and chefs, so we never got bored of the food. Cauliflower ceviche was my fav *chefs kiss*

Sayulita Oasis is the perfect getaway on Mexico's Pacific Coast. Surrounded by private jungle gardens in a quiet area, it offers everything you need for a relaxing and safe stay. You’ll love our charming casitas and their extraordinary architecture inspired by the Mayan culture!
This Oasis is a 10 minute flat walk to the beach or the center of town. Each of our 7 units is uniquely designed and the common areas throughout the space include hammocks, seating areas and our roofed wooden deck for Yoga, exercise, music, dance or meditation.
The Sayulita Oasis is Eco friendly and offers unlimited purified drinking water, a recycle station and reusable beach bags for guests to use.
All 7 units have modern A / C units, their own private bathroom, Wi-Fi and easy access to our gardens, hammocks, Yoga / recreational area, dipping pool and large picnic table.
All units, except Casita del Ranchero & Casita Kokopelli, have a private patio and a kitchen or kitchenette.
